When will my order arrive?
Please note that shipping time estimates refer to the period after your order leaves the warehouse. While we aim to process orders swiftly, selecting express shipping does not guarantee one‑day delivery. Express transit time begins once your order has shipped.
- Express Shipping (2‑Day Air): Arrives in 2 business days from dispatch.
- Standard Ground Delivery: Carried via carriers such as Ontrac, FedEx, or USPS, and typically arrives within 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse in California.
Free standard ground shipping is available on U.S. orders over $99. Standard shipping costs $9.95 for orders under that threshold.
Express delivery is priced at $22, and orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping.
How will I know if my order has been shipped and how can I track it?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. To track your package, visit 2xuus.com and enter the tracking number provided.
What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you believe your package has been misdelivered or lost in transit, you may submit a request via the tracking link on 2xuus.com, and we’ll assist with locating your parcel.
Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?
We can attempt a redirect request through the courier, though success is not guaranteed. If needed, please submit a request through the tracking support system on 2xuus.com, and include your updated delivery information.
Does 2XU U.S. ship internationally?
No, orders placed through our U.S. site cannot be shipped internationally. If delivery is arranged via third-party forwarders, it is at your own risk and cannot be guaranteed.
